Text Me Back AI is an AI-powered texting assistant. It helps users craft replies to messages from crushes, partners, exes, and others in personal or dating contexts. The Service uses OpenAI's language models to generate suggested replies based on user input.
AI-generated replies are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for any messages you choose to send. Text Me Back AI does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Text Me Back AI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we determine are under 18.

Free plan. Free accounts receive a limited number of AI-generated replies per day. Free limits may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select (weekly, monthly, or one-time lifetime). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Refunds. We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if the Service did not function as described. Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods or after 7 days. Contact support@textmeback.ai to request a refund.
Prices. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
The Text Me Back AI brand, interface, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service.
By submitting content (messages, writing samples, ratings), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text Me Back AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including outcomes from messages sent based on AI suggestions, loss of data, or relationship consequences.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
